QA Legal presents Viclenny Liriano as director of the Department of Tourism and Environment

In our ongoing mission to become the number 1 legal firm in the tourism and investment sector in the Dominican Republic, it is an honor to introduce Viclenny Liriano, who as of today serves as director of the Tourism and Environment department – Quiroz Advisor, QA LEGAL.

Viclenny has extensive experience and specialization in the tourism and environment sector of the Dominican Republic.
From the private sector, he has advised important companies in various economic sectors with the management of permits in general, land use, tax exemptions and environmental evaluation and compliance.

From the public sector, she has served as legal manager and interim deputy director of the Technical Directorate of the Tourism Development Council (CONFOTUR) of the Ministry of Tourism, whose functions consisted of evaluating the technical-legal feasibility of tourism projects, guidance and advice for tourism developers, legal consultations on matters arising from the application of Law No. 158-01 and its amendments.
