QA Legal proudly took part in the second edition of The Legal Industry Reviews (LIR) in the Dominican Republic, contributing two high-value articles for the legal and business sectors.The first article, titled “The Unpaid Seller’s Privilege: Transactional Security in the Dominican Republic,” was authored by our Legal Director Yolanda Ariza, in collaboration with our Founding Partner José A. Quiroz.
The second piece, “Corporate Responsibility in Tourism: A Key to Sustainable Development,” was written by Viclenny Liriano, Director of Tourism & Permits, with the participation of José A. Quiroz.
