QA LEGAL announced the hiring of Yolanda Ariza as the firm’s legal manager. Yolanda has a Law Degree, graduated Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) [2003-2007], with a master’s degree in Real Estate and Registry Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) [2011-2013] and complementary training oriented to Public Procurement area, as well as corporate and business issues, commercial, contracts, among others.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the area of ​​corporate law, regulation, structuring and negotiation of contracts and in aspects related to hotel development, mergers, acquisitions, foreign investment contracts, project development and financing, as well as specialization in the actions that derive from Real Estate Law, related to the registry field, cadastral technical operations, execution of related contracts, litigation on registered rights and inheritance issues.

Likewise, during his professional career he has handled operations related to maritime transport of goods, customs issues related to imports and exports of supplies, regulatory issues in the electricity and insurance sectors, and also has experience, from the private and public spheres, in competitive processes. in light of the regulations on public purchases and contracting of goods, services, works and concessions.
